A piece of Italy in the heart of Kharkiv
Pasteria opened in 2014 as a small family pizzeria on Nauky Avenue. We brought recipes passed down through Matteo's family for generations and adapted them to the Ukrainian table — without compromising on quality.
Our dough rests for 48 hours, mozzarella arrives fresh every morning, and tomato sauce simmers slowly with San Marzano tomatoes. This is real Italy, made with love.
